"Sizing was all over the place"
I ordered my usual size, and I swear when it arrived I thought maybe I’d mixed up the order date or grabbed the wrong item from something I bought earlier, because the fit made no sense. It was tight in some spots and weirdly loose in others. I tried it on a couple times thinking maybe I was just remembering the sizing wrong, but nope. Super annoying, and not worth dealing with a return.

"Cute packaging, but not totally perfect"
I ordered a small box from Caramella the packaging was really sweet. It looked neat, the colours were pretty, and it had that nice gift-like feel when I opened it without being too flashy or overdone.
The only downside was that one corner of the outer box arrived a bit bent, which was slightly disappointing. Luckily, everything inside was fine and still looked lovely, so I’d probably order again

"Felt cheap and didn’t last"
This was disappointing. It broke way sooner than I expected, and right out of the box it just felt... cheap. I wanted to like it, but yeah, I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Delivery took longer than expected"
My order ended up taking a lot longer to arrive than I thought it would, which was frustrating. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might’ve been some extra fees tucked in somewhere, because the final cost felt a bit higher than expected. Overall, not really happy with the experience

"Cute designs, but the pricing feels a bit intentional"
I did like a few of the designs and the delivery was totally fine, so I’ll give them that. But once I actually got the items, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the pricing is more about the look and branding than the actual quality. Everything was okay, just not impressive enough to justify what I paid. It kind of felt like they were counting on the cute designs to make people overlook the value side of it. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy again at these prices
